The hotel offers beautiful views from the rooms and has a green garden terrace, which is especially nice for those on a budget. The sauna, swimming pool, and relax area are all great, and there is even access to an outside seating area with mountain views. The breakfast provided is rich and exceeded expectations, and the underground parking is a great benefit. Additionally, the hotel is connected to biking trails, making it convenient for outdoor activities.

The double room was incredibly spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and multiple saunas for relaxation. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The set menu and a la carte dinner options were great.

All employees had gone to a lot of trouble. The room was nice with a good layout. Downstairs the pull-out bed and upstairs the double bed for the parents.

The swimming pool area does not look inviting. The tiles do not look clean, maybe they are discoloured unfavourably. Large mildew stains in the corner areas. (This is not possible at all) Many mosaic tiles already broken out. The walls are peeling off.

The breakfast spread was delicious and extensive, with a lot of appetising options. There were a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Stunning location just next door to the nature, a hill, and the nearest ski lift, I felt safe.

The separate room had an exceptional view and a regular kingsize bed along with a balcony. The extensive breakfast options included local products and offered an amazing mountain view. The location was beautiful and awesome, and close to nearby attractions.

The location was fantastic when considering the view and connections to Innsbruck (a beautiful hour-long tram ride). The location isn't great for skiing when compared to other places in the valley but it can still form part of the holiday. The condition of the hotel is also excellent with good balconies and a modern spa, but the real strength is in the incredible customer service which was perfect throughout.

TV reception was poor but that shouldn't be part of a holiday in this hotel anyway, and this is compensated for by the DVD's which can be borrowed from the hotel (there is a DVD player in each room).

The hotel has earned its four stars. It is situated in a fantastic location, the staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was more than rich and the 4 course menu was a dream.

The 45 m² suite with a balcony offers a stunning view of the local mountain, Patscherkofel. It made us feel like we were surrounded by nature and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and luxuriously furnished 75 m² apartment was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room to spread out and it felt like a home away from home. The charming 20 m² room was just right for me as a solo traveler. It had enough space for me to relax and rest after a long day of exploring. The stylishly furnished 30 m² room was ideal for our group of four. We all had comfortable beds and enough space to move around without feeling cramped. We thoroughly enjoyed our Tyrolean holiday in the 35 m² studio. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and allowed us to experience the local culture. The penthouse apartment fulfilled all our wishes for a dream holiday. It offered a luxurious and spacious retreat with beautiful views and top-notch amenities. This 40 m² room provided the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. We had ample space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The room categories with their own fully equipped kitchens added convenience and allowed us to prepare our own meals.

Personally, I found the 20 m² room a bit small for my taste, but I understand that it might be perfect for solo travelers or those looking for a cozy space.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean with magnificent views of the mountains. I truly enjoyed the fact that the room was well-equipped and well furnished and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was great, I had 7 nice nights here. The location was stunning and lovely as for me. Food was outstanding and restaurant was absolutely good!

After skiing on the mountain it was nice to retreat to the pool, steam rooms and water bed which were really top class. The rooms were above standard for ski holiday and I found the rooms to be airy and relaxing

Customer service; I have never needed to write a review that contained anything negative in a hotel review but with a group of 12 persons we all agreed that this hotel does not like to cater for big groups and could certainly use a lesson in customer management as it was attrotious, (1 of 6 examples) we booked dinner for 10 people and on arrival we were told that the chef did not want groups in his dinning room and wanted us to break into mini groups 2's and 4's!

The hotel was impressive with a modern interior, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and always available. The view from every room was incredible, with a great view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The location was conveniently located for both skiing and hiking.

Nothing that I didn't like.
